Residential Community

New Multi-Unit Model

We are proud and excited to be developing our first Dave’s House Residential Community,

a project that will allow us to serve more people and reduce community costs.

With a community building for common spaces and services, this new model will provide continuity of care, increase efficiency, and the ability to engage community partners offering essential resources such as food, job placement, and health services. This approach can be replicated elsewhere, extending our mission of creating impactful and supportive housing for those with serious mental illness.

A permanent supportive housing community owned and managed by Dave’s House.
