Aspire Health

For 15 years, Dave’s House and Aspire Health Partners have collaborated to provide housing solutions for adults managing serious mental illness. The Dave’s House organization has established itself as a provider of permanent supportive housing for individuals struggling with mental illness. Aspire provides a full continuum of behavioral health services for the individuals who are provided permanent supportive housing and owns/manages six of the houses deeded to them by Dave’s House, Inc. The success of the established operations model will be further enhanced through Dave’s House’s broader development plans to address the need for permanent supportive housing.

Florida Supportive Housing Coalition (FSHC)

Dave’s House is an active member of the Florida Supportive Housing Coalition (FSHC), a statewide advocacy organization comprising affordable and supportive housing developers, service providers, homeless coalitions, local governments, and other like-minded entities. FSHC is dedicated to promoting stable housing as a foundation for the health and well-being of individuals with special needs or those experiencing homelessness. Through this partnership, Dave’s House collaborates with various stakeholders to advocate for policies and initiatives that expand supportive housing options across Florida.

Association of Fundraising Professionals

Dave’s House maintains a strategic partnership with the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP), a global organization committed to advancing ethical and effective fundraising. Through AFP’s Partner Program, Dave’s House aligns with industry leaders to build year-round relationships with AFP members and chapters, enhancing our fundraising strategies and expanding our network. This collaboration enables us to stay abreast of best practices and innovative approaches in philanthropy, ensuring the sustainability of our mission to provide permanent supportive housing.
