I'm James Buchanan III. I came to Dave's House in 2020, and it has been a place where I could finally feel whole again. At Dave's House, I found a community that understands what it's like to live with a mental illness. The staff have been incredibly supportive, ensuring I take my meds and make my doctor's appointments. I've seen friends who were once homeless reunite with their families, and it fills me with hope and happiness. Dave's House has given me a new lease on life, and I believe we need more places like it in our community.
